Diameter range from 0.2mm to 2mm, length range from 0.5mm to 20mm. Shape is like standard sapphire rod. It's a smaller sapphire rod. The shape and specifications are same with standard sapphire rod


Vanrun OE provides a variety of customized precise micro sapphire rods. There are following types:

All surfaces ground micro sapphire rod (AGMSR)

All surfaces polished micro sapphire rod (APMSR)

Only Cylindrical surface polished​ micro sapphire rod (CPMSR)

Only two ends polished micro sapphire rod (EPMSR)

Surface Quality:

20-10, 40-20, 60-40 (MIL13830) for polished ends, 60-40, 80-50 for polished cylindrical surface

Surface Accuracy:

up to 1/4 lambda @633nm for two ends

Chamfer:

sharp edges, or protective, 0.2 to 0.5x45 Degree, ground or polished
